Think of Incubative projects like an extended hackathon. When you join Incubative, we match you up with a diverse team to collaborate fractionally on a group project. Together, you choose an idea, technologies, the way you want to work, and even what role you each want to play. Incubative is all about trying new things, not just repeating what you’ve always done before.

At the end of a project, you’ll have something tangible that you can talk about, whether that’s functional code, designs for your portfolio, or planning artifacts like market research or epics and user stories. But Incubative is really about the people. Most importantly, you’ll have new connections who can attest to your skills, introduce you to other new people, and help you land that next tech job.
